Meet Ruby: Black History Month

I decided to sit down with a few awesome Black folks doing business either full time or as a side hustle in the Lower Mainland and celebrate their work for Black History Month! Here's a tiny snippet into their lives.

PASSIONS: I am passionate about what I do because I love helping people feel at peace and empowered in their own bodies from day one, and I love seeing people shine when they recognize their own agency in their world, or learn something new about themselves or that their bodies can do.

GOALS: Generally speaking, I usually create intentions rather than goals for myself, but a project that I'm working on with Autonomy Personal Training, is to create a small group personal training program for young incarcerated women between the ages 12 to 17. I'll be fundraising to start this off in the next couple months, so make sure to follow me on Facebook and Instagram for more updates!
